Olga Krzemińska-Zasadzka
President

Olga Krzemińska-Zasadzka, managing director of agency Power, PowerSport, DMC Warsaw Poland, vice-president of the Association of the Event Industry (SBE). A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (Finance and Banking) and Kozminski University in Warsaw (Finance and Accounting).

Combines the traveler’s curiosity and courage, passion and perseverance of a sportsman making it ideal match and finding herself in one of the fifth most stressful industry in the world.
Since 1997 she manages agency, which each year is gaining more and more share in the Polish event and incentive industry market. She believes that with hard work you can move mountains. Despite the many hardships, sleepless nights and demanding clients, she would not change here work to any other. Passionate about travel and sport in every issue: ski boards, bikes, kites, diving; she is also a Polish vice-champion in squash. Łukasz Adamowicz
Vice-President

Vice-president of BFC Group. He studied at the Institute of International Relations as well as Department of Management at University of Warsaw. Graduated from the path of specialization, “Negotiation and mediation trainings” at the Institute of Applied Social Sciences.
Since 1995 in the BFC Group. Responsible in the Group BFC for developing the corporate client division. He created ski meetings, outdoor programs, incentives projects, corporate events and corporate offer the Hotel Bonifacio. Firstly organizer.
Snowboarder often outside groomed slopes. Divemaster seeker underwater life. An admirer of Italy, Slow Food and a glass of good wine.

Krzysztof Pobożniak
Vice-President

Chairman, founder and owner of Haxel Events and Incentive. Longtime member of the SOIT Managing Board (2012-2017). A graduate of Cracow University of Economics as well as UFCIA University in Antwerp.

Krzysztof manages Haxel to meet the highest standards of exceptionally demanding clients, including the largest corporate clients in sectors such as: insurance, automotive, finance, banking, FMCG and IT.

Haxel, founded in 1991, specializes in organizing events, conferences and incentive trips all over the world. The Haxel team has organized trips to 124 countries so far, the biggest group counted more than 870 people. Apart from incentive department, Haxel deals with incoming incentive groups.

Agnieszka Słowik
Member of the Board

President of Flower Travel. Her journey with tourism has started in 1997, when her current employer on the first day of work assigned her to organize  the trip to Mexico for a group of 30 people.  She has met this challenge with great success, satisfying both her superior and the clients.  This new experience grew to be her new life passion. Since that time she is travelling all over the world, gaining experience and knowledge that is essential with her everyday work in the office to create new products.

Agnieszka specialization are extraordinary and  unique trips  such as all over the world programs that could be planned for 60 or even 8 days. It’s a piece of cake for her to organize visit in Russian army base with MIG plane flight. Each of her personal trips is an inspiration to bring into life new and different ideas for  her clients.

Her favourite places are Sankt Petersburg and Tuscany. She enjoys city walks in  Warsaw (she is a licensed tour guide). During her free time she is fond of reading and a golf player. She has graduated Journalism at Warsaw University. She was nominated for MICE Personality of the Year award in 2012

Anna Zowczak
Member of the Board

Studied marketing at Warsaw University and IÉSEG School of Management. Always keen on travelling. Particularly interested in incentive travel since her master thesis on “Incentive travel programs and its role in organizations”.

After graduation worked for global brand in FMCG sector in marketing and trade marketing. Gained experience enabled her to better understand the importance of effective sales incentive tools for distribution channels as well as B2B relations.

She returned to MICE sector in 2007 and continued her professional career working for leading Polish incentive travel agencies. As co-founder and CEO for 5 years now have been consequently developing Motivoscope’s successful strategy in supporting companies in effective use of incentive travel in their sales and marketing initiatives. Every year together with Motivoscope’s team organizes several dozens of incentive trips, conferences in Poland and abroad.

Personally loves photography and high mountains, got to the summit of Kilimanjaro and Mont Blanc, dreams to climb the Seven Summits.

Daria Rzadkiewicz
Head of Operations & PR

Responsible for coordinating the current activities of SOIT, event management, development of the Association and image building. Supports the Board in the implementation of strategic actions.
Daria Rzadkiewicz is an experienced project manager and a certified business coach. For over 10 years she has been managing training and consulting projects in the area of marketing. Her career includes managing open and closed trainings, development programmes for the corporation, team building trips and industry conferences. For five years, she has been combining project management with work as a soft competencies coach.
 Previously, she worked for the Infinity Group, Marketing in Practice Publisher and DGA S.A. She also conducted classes for students as part of the project: Human Resources for the Economy, at the University of Economics in Poznań. A graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, she majored in political science. She also completed postgraduate studies in business communication and promotion at the University of Economics in Poznań, and postgraduate studies in Social Psychology in Career Management at the Warsaw School of Social Psychology.
