Olga Krzemińska-Zasadzka

Olga Krzemińska-Zasadzka, managing director of agency Power, PowerSport, DMC Warsaw Poland, vice-president of the Association of the Event Industry (SBE). A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (Finance and Banking) and Kozminski University in Warsaw (Finance and Accounting).

Combines the traveler’s curiosity and courage, passion and perseverance of a sportsman making it ideal match and finding herself in one of the fifth most stressful industry in the world.
Since 1997 she manages agency, which each year is gaining more and more share in the Polish event and incentive industry market. She believes that with hard work you can move mountains. Despite the many hardships, sleepless nights and demanding clients, she would not change here work to any other. Passionate about travel and sport in every issue: ski boards, bikes, kites, diving; she is also a Polish vice-champion in squash. Łukasz Adamowicz

Vice-president of BFC Group. He studied at the Institute of International Relations as well as Department of Management at University of Warsaw. Graduated from the path of specialization, “Negotiation and mediation trainings” at the Institute of Applied Social Sciences.
Since 1995 in the BFC Group. Responsible in the Group BFC for developing the corporate client division. He created ski meetings, outdoor programs, incentives projects, corporate events and corporate offer the Hotel Bonifacio. Firstly organizer.
Snowboarder often outside groomed slopes. Divemaster seeker underwater life. An admirer of Italy, Slow Food and a glass of good wine.

Liwiusz Misiaszek

Since 2011, he has been permanently associated with the Air Tours Club, where he was responsible for marketing and development of the products and distribution channels. Since 2019, he has been the Chairman of the Board.
He organized incentive trips ranging from a few to several hundred people which were located in Poland as well as in the most distant corners of the world.

He graduated from Economics at the Jagiellonian University and Project Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. Member of the board of Lesser Poland department of the Family Enterprise Initiative, cooperates closely with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Krakow. He is passionate about skiing and mountain biking as well as travelling.

Katarzyna Szełemej-Pobożniak
Member of the Board

A graduate from International Relations at Warsaw Economic School as well as Ethnology at Freie Universitaet in Berlin. Author of the book about ethnic conflicts in Guatemala. As a licensed tour leader since 1998, she has guided groups in all the continents except for Antarctica.

As Director of the incentive travel department, Katarzyna is responsible for the organization of outgoing incentive projects. The incentive travel department has arranged adventures and events in 117 different countries so far.2

Małgorzata Gulińska

Travel enthusiast, adventure seeker, source of inspiration for many people and dedicated mother of two children. Graduated AWF in Cracow. Genuine fascinator, but also practitioner of tango and body art who visited around 100 countries many times, some of them dozens.

Her biggest passion- traveling amalgamated with multiannual experience allowed her to connect work with pleasure. It has resulted in establishing her third child Margot Travel company. Since business became rooted her ambition was to create unique tour programmes. As she has passion for challenges she loves working with clients who expect unrepeatable adventures. Wherefore she created a team of extraordinary individuals who she personally trained for many years. Owing to the fact that she is an extremely demanding and determined person, she works with the greatest crew who collaboratively and successively develops.

During every journey her main purpose is to provide each guest memories in the form of new experiences and skills, not just souvenirs. From tennis classes and silk painting to culinary workshops and meditation practice. As she became an expert in detecting human needs during her career path, she always knows what is the best for everyone.

“Whatever you do, do it the best you possible can and with all your heart” – this byword helped her to develop company with aid of great people without any given capital form outside. Reassurance of safety and comfort with a little dose of craziness is her motto.

Majka Szura
Member of the Board

General Manager, Co-Owner – Polka Travel. A graduate of Spanish Philology at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and postgraduate education in Public Relations at the University of Economics in Poznań.
She has been involved in tourism since 1992. In 2007 she established a company „Polka Travel”, which nowadays is a leader in theme travelling in Poland – mainly culinary, oenological, beer, dance and ladies trips. She focuses on extraordinary, creative projects, she follows world trends, explores new tendencies and she personally examines the original incentive programs, leaving no space for coincidence.

She was awarded the 2015 Businesswoman title in the Incentive Travel Leader category (Businesswoman & Life). In 2016 she became a laureate of the 2015 Enterprising Woman Plebiscite. Interests: another human being in various latitudes in socio-geographical aspect, photography (mainly portraits) and culinary (mainly the Asian art of carving).

Konrad Wielgórski

Graduate of Leon Kozminski Academy (Psychology in Management) & Instituto Superior de Ciencias do Trabalho e da Empresa in Lisboa (Management). Privately a traveler and boxer.
