Meetings Week Poland
It’s a week of meetings of MICE industry professionals, which is organised by industry organisations since 2013. Every year brings together over a thousand people involved in the meetings industry. SOIT is a co-organiser of the Event and hosts the third day of the conference.
Meetings industry in one place!
Meetings Week Poland is a project implemented jointly by the organisations in the MICE sector: Incentive Travel Organisers Association, Events Industry Association, Conferences and Congresses in Poland Association, Association of Meeting Professionals International MPI Poland, Site Poland, Poland Convention Bureau PTO, School of Tourism and Recreation, publication The Warsaw Voice, Meetingplanner.pl, with the support of numerous industry media.
The aim of Meetings Week Poland is to demonstrate the scale of the meetings industry in Poland, its importance to the economy, and to gather at one time everyone from the community to express opinions essential for the future of the industry, and to exchange experiences.
Participants
The five-day series of events consists of conferences and networking meetings, involving representatives of corporations and professional associations responsible for planning events, purchasing services for travel and business meetings, representatives from service companies, hotels and conference centres, as well as journalists, local government officials and politicians.
SOIT hosts one of the events. We have held several conferences on the substantive issues of motivation, personal development and business development.
