Łukasz Kalinowski, traveling since his early years, has been associated with the MICE industry for 19 years. He has visited over 120 countries, including those not that obvious, like Afghanistan, Abkhazia or North Korea. He paved the way for Polish incentive trips to places such as Georgia, Uzbekistan or Spitsbergen. Before he took up travel professionally, he was radio journalist. He has been working with some corporate clients for 10 years continously. Winner of the MP Power Award and Golden Arrow for “Trip with Heart to Laos” for Hewlett-Packard. Beside travelling passionate about photography, gastronomy, modernist architecture and unusual places of the World. Married, happy father of three children.

Wysoko i Wyżej (High and Higher) is a boutique incentive house organizing incentive trips abroad and company meetings in Poland. Since 2014, Wysoko i Wyżej has been specializing in trips to Asia, Africa, ex-USSR countries, the North and to unusual places and countries. For two years in a row, the company has been nominated for the MP Power Award for incentive trip with CSR to Nepal (for insurance company TU Compensa) and the expedition “Sri Lanka is a woman” (for BGŻ BNP Paribas Bank).
