She began her adventure in the MICE industry 12 years ago, winning two industry awards in her first year of work (MP Power Award and Golden Arrow for “A Trip with a Heart to Laos”). Passionate about Southeast Asia, where she feels at home, she has visited over 80 countries, including many solo. She was in Burma when few people were there, travelled through Colombia, experienced an encounter with mountain gorillas in the least obvious place – the Democratic Republic of Congo. She knows the directions both from the perspective of the authenticity of the place and from the perspective of the needs of corporate groups.
She particularly values CSR projects: whether it is the construction of fish tanks for a school for the deaf in Laos or the renovation of a school in a village school in Nepal.
Since 2015, she has co-run Wysoko i Wyżej, where she is responsible for ensuring that each incentive trip project achieves perfect quality. She has worked with many Clients for years, personally guiding their groups to different corners of the world.
Privately, she is a mother of twins and a lover of Latin American dances.
