She has been involved in the tourism industry since a young age. She began her professional career as a licensed tour guide for international trips, subsequently gaining experience at one of Warsaw\u2019s incentive travel agencies. From the start of her career, she has been involved in the MICE sector, where she combines her passion for travel with a comprehensive approach to executing projects for business clients.<\/p>\n
Since 2006, she has served as President of the Management Board and Managing Director of TOP TRAVEL Incentives & Holidays. In her work, she prioritizes the highest level of professionalism, an individualized approach, and building long-term relationships based on trust. She successfully combines a strategic perspective on business development with a keen focus on the needs of clients and partners, recognizing these as the foundation for effective, engaging, and inspiring incentive projects.<\/p>\n
She holds degrees in Human Resources Management and Marketing & Management. A long-time member of SOIT, she actively supports the Association\u2019s activities, including through the Ethics Committee.<\/p>\n
In her daily life, she lives by the motto \u201cCarpe Diem\u201d and draws energy from meeting inspiring people. Privately, she is a wife and mother to a trilingual son, an aviation enthusiast and young traveler exploring new corners of the world.<\/p>\n
