Maciej Jaruszewicz began his journey in the MICE industry in 2005, combining business with a passion for creating unique experiences for clients from the very start. At the same time, he ran a pharmaceutical and cosmetics wholesale business, gaining valuable experience in management and building business relationships.
Incentive and event projects have always been a natural path of development for him. In 2015, he joined Flower Travel Incentive and has been co-creating an agency specializing in comprehensive event management and incentive trips around the world.
In his work, he is guided by the belief that nothing is impossible—the key lies in selecting the right tools, partners, and solutions. He consistently pursues set goals, prioritizing quality, precision, and a long-term approach to collaboration.
He places particular emphasis on business loyalty and a high standard of cooperation, which translates into lasting relationships with clients. He is committed to the philosophy of systematic development and building value step by step—with a view to stable, long-term partnerships.
In his personal life, he has been involved in winter sports since a very young age—he has been skiing since childhood, and for over 30 years, snowboarding has remained his greatest passion. For the past two years, he has also been developing his passion for golf, which has become a space for concentration and precision for him. He finds particular satisfaction in sharing this passion with his youngest daughter, with whom he trains together.
