Founder, co-owner and Managing Director in Activezone Sp. z o.o. sp.k. Thanks to many years of experience she perfectly knows the incentive travel market which gives her the possibility to accomplish unique programs and creative ideas. In her portfolio there are numerous projects both for big size groups, including e.g. chartering planes for exclusive use for the client, and for the smaller, elite and exclusive VIP groups with high requirements and standards.

She gained her experience as the Managing Director of one of the biggest sports clubs in Warsaw (WTS Deski – sport event and sports travel organization, event and competition organization mainly in the area of skiing, tennis and windsurfing, including Polish Amateur Championship in windsurfing). In her early years she was an alpine skier and for a few years a trainer for this discipline. Recently this kind of experience and the perfect knowledge of ski areas all over the world have proved to be useful during the organization of ski events for the most demanding Clients.

Personally she enjoys to discover new, interesting places and cultures in the world, she travels a lot, familiarises herself with new destinations and looks for extraordinary places. She likes active leisure time – playing tennis and practising every kind of water and winter sports. She willingly returns to Andalusia in Spain, Costa Rica, Ecuador, New York, Switzerland and the whole Asia, especially Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia. She has visited 5 continents.

She graduated from the Warsaw Physical Education Academy, and she confirmed her factual knowledge through the writing and defense of Ph.D. in sports pedagogy.

We motivate the staff and business partners. We prepare sales support programs. We are operating on Polish incentive market since 2003, and as the current brand since 2007. We are a professional and respected agency among the agencies specialising in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Congresses, Events) services area.

In the beginning we specialized in the organization of ski events in Europe, mainly in Austria, Italy and Switzerland, as well as France. Following the requirements of the changing market we developed into company event organization: motivational, incentive and team building events whole world around and in the preparing of sales support programs. In our offer there are adventure travel programs, travels based on sports and recreation, travels familiarising with the customs and culture of other countries, culinary and prize travels, training courses and conferences. We also provide service for our Clients in the area of event and company event organization, building the awareness of their brand, staff and business partners loyalty. We offer full service for event organization, preparation and implementation as well as marketing image and PR support. We plan and prepare our events with great care. We treat the participants individually, providing them with perfect communication and support during the stay. We research the participants’ satisfaction and motivation with suitable, professional tools. We also organize inbound tourism events for foreign Partners. We hold the Tour Operator Licence No. 724. We are the member of the elite Association of Organisers of Incentive Travel (SOIT).
